TAKE A CLASS AT THE QUILTED OTTER

Open Sew

Cost: $ 10

Come Sew at The Quilted Otter. Every Monday from 12-5PM. Drop in anytime. This is not a class. Quick questions when we are not with customers are possible but the intention is to give you space to sew and quilt not as a tutorial to teach you new skills. The price for this event is just a nominal charge to keep the work space going.

Summer Skillbuilders

Cost: $ 15

Each Thursday Night in this Eight Week Summer Series We Will Have a Skillbuilder Workshop - project based, focusing on skills that with improvement will increase the overall appearance of your quilts.

Kids Sewing & Quilting Summer Camp

Cost: $ 189.99

4 Day Camp for Kids ages 10-15 where they get a choice of many sewing/quilting projects

Panel Power

Cost: $ 30

Love that panel but don't know how to incorporate it into a quilt? In this workshop we will focus on making a quilt out of that panel you love! - or give you a chance to pick one from the store (at 15% off) and go from there. This course is designed for a beginner - to advanced beginner quilter but everyone is welcome to join in. You can use your own panel and we will adapt the pattern for it, you can pick a panel from the store, or we also have panel kits that you might like to consider.

About The Quilted Otter

The idea of "The Quilted Otter" had been an idea stirring in the owner's mind for many years and came to fruition this summer after the sudden closing of a long time, local quilt shop. We want to keep quilting in Morro Bay for locals and tourists alike! We aspire to make the shop a welcoming "Happy Place" for all, with new fabrics, kits, patterns, classes and events. Please join our community and let's get going on a fun, quilting experience together! If you have suggestions or comments on how to make the shop a better place for you and our community, don't hesitate to reach out or come by the shop.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY: This offering is a community service intended for local residents of Morro Bay, Cayucos & Los Osos that are homebound and cannot travel to the shop. (Purchases over $25.00) Please call the shop arrange this service. We can often accommodate same day delivery. Thank you.

PARKING: Customers are invited to use the parking lot adjacent to the shop, and plenty of street parking as well.

ONLINE SHOPPING: We strive for accuracy with our online inventory. We update it daily, however, some items may be subject to prior sale.

RETURNS: We accept returned items in unused condition for up to 30 days from purchase date for a store credit. Fabric that has been cut to order off the bolt is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
