The idea of "The Quilted Otter" had been an idea stirring in the owner's mind for many years and came to fruition this summer after the sudden closing of a long time, local quilt shop. We want to keep quilting in Morro Bay for locals and tourists alike! We aspire to make the shop a welcoming "Happy Place" for all with new fabrics, kits, patterns, classes and events.
